Hospice Care Services
Hospice Partners of Kansas offers compassionate and experienced end-of-life care
Our services go beyond managing physical symptoms. We offer a wide range of hospice care services to help bring peace, acceptance and relief to you or your loved ones during the final stages of life.
There's no place like home
For most of us, there is no place quite as reassuring and comfortable as our home. That's why our experienced team provides education and guidance to make certain that you or your loved one receives competent, compassionate hospice care in the security of home. We will help you or your loved one live the final days of life to the fullest, in the comfort of home, surrounded by family.
Compassionate care & loving relationships are our priority
At Hospice Partners of Kansas we have a low nurse-to-patient ratio—usually one nurse cares for only eight patients. This means we can focus on more than simply managing physical symptoms. We seek to build loving relationships while we ensure dignity, encourage family support, relieve symptoms and control pain. In addition, we offer family bereavement support for at least a year after death. Based on the strength of our relationships, many of our patients and their loved ones consider us a part of their family.
